Each of our Custom Cupcakes are individually priced according to number of servings and type of design needed. We do our best to create original designs and not copy someone else's work directly.  Please contact us with any inquiries for an accurate quote.

FANTASTIC CAKES CUSTOM CAKE ORDER GUIDELINES

​

• Each Custom Cupcake Order is individually priced according to number of servings and intricacy of design.

• You are encouraged to send us pictures for inspiration and communication, but we do our best to make unique cakes for each occasion and will design a cake specific to your event and theme.

• Custom cupcake prices generally stay between $24-$48 per dozen depending on design and difficulty.  Cupcake Cake prices are custom to each order and start at $48.  Prices may increase based on design and size.

• All custom orders over $150 require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of order confirmation to reserve your cake.

• Our calendar fills up quickly, so please plan ahead and give us as much notice as possible for your cake. We usually need at least a few weeks notice to accommodate custom orders.

• We are closed for walk in business Monday-Wednesday.  If you would like to pickup a custom order on one of these days we will coordinate a pickup time with you.

• We do offer a delivery service for a base fee of $25 for the first 10 miles, and an additional $1 for each miles after that.  We recommend having your large cake orders delivered if you are unsure about driving a multi tiered cake yourself

• Custom orders are kept in a refrigerator until they are picked up to keep the design elements pristine and sturdy for transport.

• Please read the cake care card thoroughly when you pick up your custom cake to ensure you are transporting, storing and serving your cake correctly.

• Once an order has left our store, Fantastic Cakes is no longer liable for that item.
